Private Rentals
904 San Saba Court and 918 Medira
are two private rentals. When you rent one of these two Villas,
you are renting directly from the owner. We feel that our personal
service and the extra furnishings, supplies & decorating will
make you feel right at home.
There are also other rentals
available through the Villages Rental office. You will want to
explore all of your rental options, including looking into buying
a home in The Villages.

Carefree Rentals
On the other hand, renting a Villa
– especially if you find a Villa you really like, can be
much less expensive and you can enjoy your vacations with no responsibilities,
no concerns to write checks for the association fees, the taxes,
the insurance, the electricity, the garbage, or the courtyard
maintenance. So many seasoned Villagers are renters who come just
to play and who want to shed their responsibilities – all
to be left behind at home!
